DATA CONVERSION

Data conversion is conversion of a type of computer data to another form.

Rajahsoft BPO offers different types of Data conversions for our clients. These include:

• Conversion of data in a text file into a word processor document, PDF file, HTML file or a spread sheet file.

• Conversion of graphic files to other graphic formats.

• Conversion of one kind of document like a presentation file into another file format.

• Conversion of scanned document into digital text files & to other file formats using OCR technology.

• Conversion of data in web pages into desired formats.

The material for conversion are received usually as E-mail attachments. The files in some cases are uploaded to Rajahsoft's servers by the clients or are downloaded by Rajahsoft personal from the client's computers.

In case of hard copies of documents, the documents are received by courier or post. There are different check systems implemented to trap errors during conversions like automatic spell check, manual reading of randomly selected files etc.
