CONVERSION OF TEXT FILES TO OTHER DOCUMENT FORMATS

Data conversion is conversion of a type of computer data to another form.

Businesses require that data be presented in the form of well formatted documents with graphs and data in well designed table formats. These data are required in the form of word processor documents, spreadsheets, pdf files or presentation files.

Rajahsoft BPO offers different types of text file conversions for our clients. These include:

• Conversion of text file data to spreadsheets - The text file data is used as input for converting them to spreadsheets like Excel, OpenOffice calc etc.

• Conversion of text file data to formatted documents like MS Word, OpenOffice Writer etc. - the document may have to embed graphic files from spread sheets and include data in a tabular form.

• Conversion of text files into presentation files like OpenOffice Impress or other form of presentations.

• Conversion of text files into PDF files.

• Conversion of text files to be appended to databases – Text files are converted to to any popular databases or are converted to formats which allow the data to be appended to existing databases.

• Conversion of text files to html or other web related file formats.

• Conversion of text files to E-books of a format as desired by the client.

Rajahsoft BPO can also print the converted data into paper documents or books.

The material for conversion are received usually as E-mail attachments. The files in some cases are uploaded to Rajahsoft's servers by the clients or are downloaded by Rajahsoft personal from the client's computers.
